Answers to what parents in Havasu ask us most.

Yes — with a few smart practices. We recommend scheduling rentals in the morning (before noon) or evening (after 5pm) to avoid peak heat. Our Kids Slide is specifically designed for hot-weather use — the constant water keeps the vinyl cool and kids hydrated and comfortable. We also recommend setting up in a shaded area if possible. When in doubt, give us a call and we'll help you plan around the forecast.

Always. Every rental includes delivery to your address, full professional setup (inflation, anchoring, safety checks), and complete takedown when you're done. You don't touch anything. There's no hauling, no guessing how it goes together, and no cleanup afterward — that's all on us.

Just wear whatever you're fine with being soaked in. We bring everything else — equipment, water hookup, setup, and takedown. You just show up and have fun.

As early as possible, especially for summer weekends. Friday through Sunday slots in June, July, and August fill up weeks out. We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to lock in your first-choice date. Weekday rentals are typically more available on shorter notice.

Safety first. If winds exceed safe operating limits (typically 25+ mph) we'll contact you to reschedule or issue a full refund — your call. You'll never be stuck paying for a rental that couldn't be safely used.
